We cause ourselves undue stress by holding on to things that we should let go. Stress causes weight gain which usually appear in the waist and abdomen. Grudges come with an identity – a person who was wronged. Let us get rid of this stress by letting go of the identity as the wronged one. Create a new you. Find your peace.
